A man in the northern California city of San Jose died after being jolted with a Taser, police said Thursday, apparently the sixth such death since the department began using the stun guns in 2004.

Lisa Fernandez reports:

Relatives on Friday identified the man as 28-year-old Richard Lua. They say he was simply trying to enter his home Wednesday about 10:24 p.m. in the 2200 block of Amador Drive when he was shocked by San Jose police with the stun gun.

The criminals: “officers” Eric Bachmann and Patrick Lynch.

The new video, obtained by television station KTVU, shows two officers restraining a struggling suspect. While the man is lying face down on the ground, one officer appears to be seen pulling out a gun and firing a single shot into his back.

Here is the video. If there was ever a time for revolution, it is definitely NOW.

This ruthless, murdering pig is conveniently “unidentified”. Strange how they don’t have any problem releasing civilian suspect’s names.

You can let this cop’s ring leaders know your thoughts though: Contact BART at 877-679-7000, ext. 7040, or the Alameda County district attorney’s office at 510-272-6222.

John P. Curran reports:

On June 4, 1963, a virtually unknown Presidential decree, Executive Order 11110, was signed with the authority to basically strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the United States Federal Government at interest. With the stroke of a pen, President Kennedy declared that the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank would soon be out of business.

Just a few short months later Kennedy was assassinated while the new notes were being printed. They were subsequently never circulated.

Deputies were trying to take Smith to the hospital for an involuntary commitment after his sister said he was “acting funny.”

The autopsy obtained by WITN News says Smith was tased four times by deputies. About a half hour later, Smith stopped breathing in the hospital emergency room and later was pronounced dead.

Silly slave, how dare he act “funny”.

A handcuffed man, no less. Drew Griffin and David Fitzpatrick report:

Dr. Randolph Williams, the Winn Parish coroner, told CNN the 21-year-old sawmill worker was jolted so many times by the 50,000-volt Taser that he might have been dead before the last two shocks were delivered.

Will this murderer, Scott Nugent, be charged with murder? Will the victim get justice?

KSDK reports:

An Alton man died Tuesday night after a St. Charles County Sheriff’s deputy used a Taser on him.

[…]

The deputy used his Taser on Wilson, who then lost consciousness.

Deputies preformed CPR and paramedics took Wilson to the hospital, but they were unable to revive him.

If you read the article they only give the police version of the events, as usual, and never present the other side’s story. Very poor reporting.

Patrick O’Donnell reports:

A former Walton Hills man who was hit with a Taser by Oxford police after a bar fight last week died just after 5 p.m. Thursday.

[…]

Police used a X26 Taser model, which transmits electrical pulses through wires and into the body affecting the sensory and motor functions of the peripheral nervous system, according to the company’s website. The energy can penetrate up to two cumulative inches of clothing, or one inch per probe.

Adequate punishment would be to taser the offending cop to death, but it is almost certain the pig will get nothing more than a wrist slap. It is not a crime when government goons do it.

Tony Plohetski and Sue Banerjee report:

Austin police said Thursday that they are leaning toward a ruling of suicide in the death of a middle school teacher and activist whose body was found Wednesday in Lady Bird Lake with his hands and legs bound and tape over his eyes.

Police identified Riad Hamad, 55, at a news conference Thursday and said the binding of his limbs and the placement of the tape was consistent with Hamad having done it himself.

Yea, right.

The Canadian reports:

According to U.S. media reports, there are well below 5,000 U.S. soldiers who have been killed in Iraq. However, this data appears to be very misleading. Why? Because many tens of thousands of American soldiers have apparently been killed to-date, as a result of being exposed to radiation poisoning from the indiscriminate killing machines of U.S. military weaponry. Ironically, the only Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) that Americans soldiers have found in Iraq are “Made in America”.

U.S. investigative researchers have discovered an official U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs official, but not well publicized count, of 73,846 U.S. soldiers who have perished as an apparent result of Depleted Uranium based bio-chemical warfare exposure. This exceeds an estimate of 58,000 U.S. soldiers who had been killed in relation to the Vietnam War.

Well over 200,000 American soldiers could be killed by 2010, as a result of the after effects of exposure to U.S. dirty bombs.

Over One million U.S. soldiers have apparently been disabled from Depleted Uranium based biochemical exposure. Over one million Iraqis have also been documented to have been killed.

Over 1 million Iraqis and 200,000 Americans murdered by Bush. Why is this man still in office, let along not in jail awaiting trial?
