Because some teacher told the kid to behave, he throws a tantrum and starts babbling about the “First Amendment” which resists the teacher’s attempts to restore order following a fight at school.
About how self-righteous can a person be? God forbid this kid displays his steadfast belief in his “right” to subject people to his verbal stupidity in a courtroom where the judge orders him to be quiet.
You’ve got to hand it to the kid, though.
This IS probably the only way a white male can claim “victim” and be heard by the usual idiots who fall for that claim every time.
Both the kid and the school staff took it too far. He doesn’t mention specifically what was thrown at the other student, so the charge of “assault” may also be a bit much. But calling the police? Gimme a break. I thought all schools had security guards these days anyway. So in the end, the student should have relaxed – they were trying to maintain order, not infringe on his rights. And the staff should have cooled it, too. It takes the police to make him behave?
