Ron Paul appeared on Lou Dobbs tonight discussing the war in Iraq, big government, immigration and other issues.
Video also available on Veoh.
Paul also appeared on CNN last Friday, but very briefly. Watch that clip here.
Note:Â Please send thanks to Lou Dobbs for covering Ron Paul.

This was quite good. It’s great to get him on national TV so early in the game.
I’ll be tracking back to this on my site.

I wish he’d get Phil Maymin’s stratagy and have hard facts, extremly valid and working well thought out plans, instead he just sounds like all the other extreme’s saying we need to get out right now, with zero type of plan.
Disinter: couldn’t find contact link for ya, but RE: anti-Ron Paul bias, wrote an article today concerning same:

I keep seeing and hearing people, mostly pro-war/neocon types condemning war crtics for not having a plan. Damn, what a broken record. There’s such a thing as priorities. The bleeding has to stop before the bandage can be placed. Has anyone seen the bills in congress proposing tour limitations and required rest for troops fresh from the front, before being sent back…and stopping the stop-loss hidden draft trick. Murtha has one. That’s not a plan? How about not having wounded vets living in rat-infested, moldy hell holes, or struggling around the base looking for where they need to go? How about the White House concentrate more on a solution in Iraq than playing politics with firing US attornies who don’t prosecute who the GOP instructs them to prosecute? I think that’d be the start of a good plan.
How about paint brushes to clean US troop small arms? I’ve seen guys in Iraq begging people to mail paint brushes to sweep the sand out of their weapons, and begging for sanitary wipes because they all smell like pigs and have no access to running water, because it’s supposedly bad PR if US troops aren’t suffering along with Iraqis. The US government is also apparently too broke to supply special bandannas that hold water to cool the troops. Another thing we don’t hear much about is that dirt is always in the air in Iraq. Guys puke from inhaling so much dust, and Bush just keeps extending their tours. Where are the demands for a better plan from Bush? He’s the man at the controls. If Ron Paul means less of the staus quo, that’s all the pan I need for now.
